My Shipment Was Delayed for Days - I Got Ridiculous Excuses from Sürat Kargo
Hello, my shipment, which was accepted from Balıkesir on March 8, 2025, arrived at the Fıstıkağacı branch on March 11, 2025 (09:28), but it has not been sent out for delivery for the past three days without any valid reason. Although I received two messages saying the shipment was out for delivery, when I called the branch, I was first told that there were no employees available and that they couldn't dispatch it. Then, I was given a ridiculous excuse that my package didn't have an address, which is why it couldn’t be delivered. After I provided the address again, the next day (March 13, 2025), I was told that they hadn’t received my address and that my package was still at the branch. They said they would send it out for delivery if I provided the address once more. Now I ask you, if there is no address on the package, how did it reach the branch? Why did the person who said they took my address not save it, and why am I being asked for the address again? What would have happened if I hadn’t called? You have a tracking system, but for two days, it has shown no progress, saying 9 stops are left. If you're not going to use it or update it, was this system placed just to make us frustrated? I am contacting you through the Dolap application, otherwise, I would neither use Sürat Kargo nor recommend it to anyone in my circle. I will also make this complaint to all relevant platforms.
