My Order Got Lost - I Received No Response for Ten Days from Sürat Kargo
On Tuesday, April 22, I shipped a product I sold on Dolap. Today is Friday, May 2, and the shipment still shows as "in transit." My package, which is supposed to go to Çorum, has been stuck at the Merzifon transfer center for 5 days. I believe it has been lost. I’ve called customer service countless times and filed multiple complaints, but there has been no response. The buyer on Dolap keeps asking me, “Where is my package?” but unfortunately, it’s out of my hands. The buyer also filed a complaint yesterday, but there’s still no progress. I have no idea what happened to my shipment. This is completely irresponsible. At the very least, if it’s lost, just say so. I kindly request a response from Sürat Kargo officials. You are making a mistake. The least you could do is call and apologize—I’m tired of calling and filing complaints. Lastly, the tracking page shows an estimated delivery date of April 25. Also, your website says delivery takes 2 days, and under your delivery times section, it says shipments between 600–1200 km should take a maximum of 4 business days. The distance from Istanbul to Çorum is about 620 km—I wanted to point that out as well. I’ve attached photos as proof and expect a response as soon as possible.
