I’m writing this out of sheer frustration with Supertotobet. I had a balance of ₺900,000 and submitted a withdrawal request. Without any warning or valid explanation, my withdrawal was canceled and my entire balance was wiped out. When I contacted support, they accused me of playing and losing the money myself—an outright lie. I know exactly what I did on that account, and I did not gamble away ₺900,000.
Instead of investigating or offering help, they shifted the blame onto me. Their support team is unresponsive, unprofessional, and clearly trained to protect the company rather than help users. Supertotobet claims to be licensed, but from my experience, they act like a scam operation.
