On Friday, October 9, I requested a ₺4,700 withdrawal from my Supertotobet account. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced such an issue — it’s the second time it has happened. During the process, I did not receive any warnings or restrictions.
At first, customer support told me that I could complete the withdrawal “just this once”, but after the transaction, the money never reached my bank account. Instead, the withdrawal was canceled, and my entire balance was deleted.
When I contacted customer service again, they failed to provide any solution or meaningful explanation. I performed all my transactions via mobile from Ankara, Turkey, and I have records and screenshots of every conversation and transaction related to this issue.
