I Sent My Nike Blazer Low for Repair Due to Side Tear, They Blamed Me Instead of Defect

On February 6, 2024, I purchased a pair of Nike Blazer Low shoes, which I use daily. When the sides started to tear, I sent the shoes back with the receipt for inspection. However, the response I received was that the damage was not due to a manufacturing defect but caused by user error. I am shocked that such a big brand refuses to stand behind its products or offer a proper solution to customers. This is incredibly disappointing. I plan to pursue my consumer rights because this treatment is unacceptable. Why won’t Nike support its customers when the product fails so quickly? I expect a fair resolution immediately.
