SuperStep Sold Me Defective Converse and Blamed Me for the Damage

I bought Converse from SuperStep on 17.10.2024 for ₺4200. I used the product 5 times in total and the back of the product was torn. This rupture occurred on both sides. When I sent it for the first review, I received a message saying that the product was like this due to user error, but I have used the product very little, so this cannot be possible. When I called customer service, they said that I used the product by stepping on it and took it off without untying the laces, but this is never the case. I am not a child, I know how to use shoes. So customer service is making fun of me too. I am the victim here and no help is provided. I will never shop here again and if nothing is done I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I need to get back to you urgently.

I still haven't received a response. They are not repairing the shoes either. I sent it for inspection twice and both were rejected. I say it's not my fault, but customer service is very indifferent and they do nothing. A company that should never be chosen.
