Papel Payment Gateway Not Working for Supercell Purchases
While trying to purchase a product through Supercell using Papel, I repeatedly encountered an error saying that the address ppaidsecureui.papel.com.tr refused to connect. Because of this, I have been unable to buy the item I want. This issue has occurred many times throughout the day, and I am completely unable to complete the payment step.
There has been no charge or pending transaction, but being unable to use the service at all is causing me inconvenience. I request that the Papel system used in Supercell payments be fixed so it works properly, and that this connection error be resolved as soon as possible.
