Top Eleven Failed to Act on a Reported Rule Violation
On August 19, I reported a player in the Top Eleven mobile game whom I believed was violating the rules during the King of Kings event. I submitted a detailed report both through the in-game reporting system and by email. However, even after a full day had passed, no action had been taken against the player, and I had not received a satisfactory explanation.
The player was ranked first on the event leaderboard, and we were competing for first place in the final round. With the last 10 minutes approaching, I was supposed to play a rematch against this player. Since the opponent was not on my friends list, and I had also provided a screenshot showing my friend-add code, the game rules should not have allowed this player to send me a friendly match request. However, the player was able to start a friendly match with me with only 10 minutes remaining. This made me suspect that the player was exploiting a game bug or using a method that violated the rules. Even though I submitted screenshots documenting the entire situation to the support team, they appeared to take a defensive approach toward the player rather than seriously investigating the possibility of a rule violation.
As a player who invests significant time and effort into the game, enjoys fair competition, and is willing to spend money when necessary, I was extremely disappointed by this response. Situations like this, especially during final matches, create the impression that the game is not fair and can discourage honest players from continuing to compete.
I request that the account in question be thoroughly re-investigated, taking all of the screenshots I submitted into consideration. If an exploit or rule violation was used, I ask that it be identified and the appropriate penalties be imposed, and that the event results be fairly reevaluated. I would also like a clear written response explaining your policies regarding rule violations and the process you follow when situations like this are reported.
