Brawl Pass Plus Purchase Not Applied in Game Despite Payment
We purchased the Brawl Pass Plus for ₺399 through the Supercell Store, and the payment was successfully taken from our bank. However, there’s been no change in the game, no confirmation receipt, and no response from support.
I request an immediate fix so that the Brawl Pass Plus is applied to our account, or a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved promptly. Supercell, please address this as soon as possible.
