Top Eleven Gallery Event Made Progress Nearly Impossible After 192 Cards

I would like to share my great disappointment with the latest Gallery event in Nordeus' Top Eleven game. I progressed to 192 cards in the Gallery event, but not a single new card appeared in the last two Legendary, 10 Mythic, and five Epic packs I opened. This clearly shows that progressing becomes nearly impossible as the event gets closer to the end and that players are not being given an equal experience.

I have been playing Top Eleven since 2015 and regularly spend money on the game. Despite this, I have never been able to complete one of these monthly Gallery events. I also spent approximately $31 trying to complete the latest event. As a player who has invested both significant time and money into the game, I do not believe it is acceptable for progress to become completely stalled and for no new cards to appear despite spending this much. If a game offers an event, players should at least be able to complete it with a reasonable amount of effort and spending. Otherwise, it becomes either a system error or a design that unfairly disadvantages players.

I request that my experience be investigated, including a review of the money I spent and the packs I opened during this Gallery event. If possible, I would like the loss I experienced to be compensated or, at the very least, the situation to be corrected fairly. To prevent similar problems from happening again, I also ask Nordeus to review the event mechanics and create a more balanced and transparent system for all players.
