My Superbet Winnings Removed Unfairly — Never Did Cross Betting

On October 14, 2025, I earned ₺11,800 in winnings on my Superbet account, under the username m* and member ID 17149. However, my winnings were deleted from my account without any valid reason. When I contacted customer support, I was told that my winnings were removed because I had supposedly engaged in “cross betting.” I have no idea what cross betting means, and I was playing completely normally.

This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and it has seriously damaged my trust in the platform. I request that my ₺11,800 winnings be reinstated and that Superbet restore my confidence as a player. Otherwise, I will no longer continue using the platform. I demand that my loss and inconvenience be properly addressed.
