SunExpress Delayed My Flight, No Warning, No Help
I am absolutely furious with SunExpress! We arrived at the airport for our June 20, 2025, 1:15 PM flight, only to discover it was delayed! They "forgot" to inform us! The plane was supposedly at the gate, yet we were told there was no aircraft. There was no logical reason, no explanation, and most infuriatingly, no SunExpress representative available at the airport. They claimed there wasn't an authorized official present.
No one took responsibility for this mistake with the ticket we purchased. This caused us a full day of hardship. The entire day's amenities at our hotel, which we had already paid for, were completely wasted. Customer service is offering no compensation for this massive inconvenience. I don't even need to describe the frustration and misery we experienced. Airport staff told us this was the second such incident this week. If our government doesn't penalize this negligence, it will keep happening. I will never fly SunExpress again.
