I’ve been a loyal SunExpress passenger for years, flying at least 15-20 times annually. As a member, I collected points, expecting to redeem them for flights someday. But for years, I couldn’t use them because the website was “under maintenance.” Now, they’ve changed the points system entirely, and my efforts were for nothing.
This is a pointless rewards program—you earn miles but can’t actually use them. SunExpress designed it this way on purpose, making sure customers never benefit. If you're thinking of collecting points, don’t waste your time—this system exists just for show.
