I Can’t Complete Check-In for My SunExpress Flight Due to Repeated System Error

I purchased a flight ticket from SunExpress Airlines for April 20, 2025, and have been trying to complete the check-in process multiple times. Unfortunately, every single attempt ends with the same frustrating message at the final step: "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later."

With very little time left before my flight, I am unable to finish my check-in, which is causing a lot of unnecessary stress. What's worse is that this is not the first time I’ve faced this exact issue—the last time I booked with SunExpress, I encountered the same check-in error and was forced to handle it at the airport under pressure.

It’s unacceptable for a professional airline to allow such a recurring technical glitch to persist on their check-in platform. This puts passengers in a highly stressful and uncertain situation right before travel.

I’m urgently requesting that SunExpress fix this issue immediately so I can proceed with my flight plans without further disruption. I also expect a formal explanation and accountability for the repeated inconvenience.
