SunExpress Airlines Invoice and Communication Issue

I made four phone calls, and unfortunately, each time I was unable to speak with an advisor because the call got disconnected. I made a sincere effort to obtain the invoice from the website, navigating to the page I will attach, but unfortunately, the invoices cannot be downloaded.
Later on, I made four additional attempts to call, but unfortunately, the call got disconnected each time before I could speak to a customer advisor.
I really hope they can successfully send my invoice to my email address.
