I Cannot Complete Online Check In on SunExpress App

I am unable to complete online check-in with SunExpress Airlines despite trying everything, including contacting their call center. Their app is unreliable, and the support provided has been completely unhelpful. This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I’ve submitted complaints and tried every possible solution, but nothing is working.
