SunExpress Airlines charged me too much and did not transfer my luggage

On the 17th of December 2022, I booked my flight online with SunExpress Airlines from Hamburg to Kayseri, with a connection in Izmir on the 25th. I purchased a ticket for 572 Euros, but when I arrived at the Hamburg airport on the day of my flight, I was told that it had been flagged as a suspicious transaction and that I would need to pay an additional 670 Euros before I could use it. Even though it was a connection, I made sure to follow my luggage from the Izmir airport to the flight in Kayseri. I would like to file a complaint against SunExpress Airlines, which victimized me by charging me twice the normal fare and failing to transfer my luggage between planes despite the fact that I had a connecting flight. Should my complaint not be addressed to my satisfaction, I will be forced to seek redress through the consumer protection courts.
