On March 4, 2023, I flew with Sunexpress from Izmir to Adana. It was the worst flight I've ever been on. When I got off the plane, I saw that my suitcase, which was in great shape when I checked it in, had been broken. I wouldn't have seen it at all if the taxi driver hadn't pointed it out to me. As soon as I realized what had happened, I called Sunexpress customer service to ask for help. To my surprise, they were not at all helpful. Then I tried to call TGS, but no one picked up when I dialed the right numbers. I can't believe that a business could be so careless and slow to help their customers. I don't understand how this could have happened at all. Why did they give me back a suitcase that was perfectly fine but was so beat up? This is making my life so hard because I've spent hours trying to find someone who can help me but haven't been able to. I want Sunexpress to pay for the damage they did to my luggage and give it back to me as quickly and easily as possible.
