My SunExpress Account is Locked for 3 Weeks

I haven't been able to log into my personal account for three agonizing weeks now. Their system is constantly throwing errors, making it impossible to access my bookings. When I first called, they dismissed it as a "system error" and made me wait two weeks. Meanwhile, I had to book all my flights the old-fashioned way, over the phone, like it's 40 years ago!

After those two wasted weeks, I called again to check if the issue was resolved. To my shock, they told me it "couldn't be fixed that way" and I needed to submit an online complaint. I had waited two weeks for absolutely nothing! So, I submitted the complaint, and now I'm still waiting. There's no response, I can't reach a customer representative, and there's no one to talk to.

It should take 5 minutes to manage my flight transactions online, but I'm constantly wasting time calling your contact center. SunExpress, you need to fix this account access issue immediately! Stop the excuses and provide a real solution.
