Lately, my experiences with SunExpress have been nothing but frustrating. Now, I can’t even submit a simple written request on their website! I fill in all the required fields, type out my issue, and then… the page just keeps loading endlessly.
To make things even worse, SunExpress asks for an ID upload just to submit a request—something I’ve never seen with any other airline. This is a serious security concern. If I can’t even submit a basic form, how am I supposed to trust this website with sensitive personal information?
