I Can’t Reach SunExpress Customer Support—No Replies via WhatsApp or Phone
I’m very frustrated with SunExpress’s lack of customer service. I tried reaching out through the WhatsApp support line, which is supposed to be a quick and convenient communication channel. Unfortunately, I received no reply at all. It’s as if no one is actually monitoring it.
When I called their main customer service number (444 07 97), the only response I got was a recorded message saying all agents were busy, followed by a series of automated prompts that only allowed me to inquire about ticket information. But not every issue is about a ticket! Sometimes, customers need real support beyond basic booking questions.
There is no alternative channel for general concerns or feedback, and I couldn’t speak to an actual person no matter how hard I tried. It’s truly disappointing to see SunExpress operate in such a disorganized and careless manner. This is far from the level of service expected from an airline claiming to be professional and reliable.
SunExpress must immediately improve its customer support system by offering real-time help—whether via phone, chat, or email—and stop pretending automated messages can replace human support. I expect a serious response to this complaint, not another generic message.
