We purchased our return ticket for our Izmir - Beirut flight, which we planned for 12 September - 15 September 2023, with Sunexpress Airlines. Considering the threat to our life safety due to the extraordinary situation in the region, they helped us cancel and refund the ticket we purchased with THY, and at the same time, they canceled the cancellation of our hotel through Booking without any questions, even though it was not cancelable for the same reason. However, Sunexpress Airlines definitely does not help in this regard.
