I Waited 10 Months for My Suicidehotline Studio Order and Still Didn’t Receive It


I placed an order for a sweatshirt from Suicidehotline Studio, and it’s been 10 months—yes, almost a full year—and I still haven’t received it. On top of that, in another order I placed with them, the items arrived incomplete.
This isn’t my first time shopping with the brand, but it will definitely be my last. It’s unacceptable for a company to treat paying customers this way. Either you don’t fulfill the order at all, or when you do, you ship it with missing items. There is no transparency, no communication, and certainly no accountability.
I’m extremely disappointed. This isn’t just poor customer service—it’s disrespectful. If you can’t keep up with your orders, don’t keep the store open or take new ones. People are spending real money and getting nothing in return.
Suicidehotline Studio, I demand either a full refund or immediate delivery of my missing sweatshirt. This delay has gone far beyond reasonable.
