Suicide Hotline Order Missing for Two Months and No Refund Issued

It’s been two months since I placed my order with Suicide Hotline, and it still hasn’t arrived. When I realized the order wasn’t coming, I requested a refund, but I haven’t received my money back either. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable.
Last year, I ordered a hoodie that took four months to arrive, and while the quality of their products is great, their customer service is severely lacking. There’s no response to messages or emails, leaving customers completely ignored.
I’m considering filing a complaint if I don’t hear back in the next few days. Suicide Hotline, I expect immediate action to refund my money or deliver my order. Start valuing your customers!
