Sugo Restricted My Account for “Multiple Accounts” Without Proof
My Sugo account has been unfairly restricted for approximately eight months under the claim of “multiple accounts.” Even though there is no balance on my account, I am unable to log in and cannot use my account normally.
During this time, I contacted customer service, but I was not helped in any way and my issue was never resolved. I do not believe I engaged in any activity that would justify my account being restricted.
The email address registered to my Sugo account is d*******@gmail.com**. I am requesting that this unjust restriction be reviewed and lifted as soon as possible, and that my account be fully restored.
