Sugo Blocked My Messaging Without Warning — Requesting Account Check

My Sugo account has been restricted for the past 3–4 hours without any explanation, and because of this, I am unable to send messages. Since I couldn’t find in-app support, I tried reaching out through the AI assistant, but it also didn’t give me any clear information about the reason for the restriction.

I have not received any notification indicating that I violated a rule, so I have no idea why this restriction was applied. I request that Sugo review my account, remove the restriction if it was applied unfairly, and reopen my account. I also want the reason for the restriction to be clearly provided to me in writing.
