My account on the Sugo app was restricted without any valid reason. Before the restriction, someone reported me, but there is no concrete justification, violation, or evidence-based explanation to support this action.

After the restriction, Sugo did not provide me with any written or clear explanation, and the specific reason for limiting my account was never clearly stated. When I contacted customer service, I received a response along the lines of “there’s nothing we can do,” which did not offer any solution, and no steps were taken to address my situation.

I am requesting that my account, which was restricted without any legitimate justification, be reopened, and that all of the diamonds in my account be fully returned to me. I ask that a proper review be conducted and that I not be penalized due to baseless complaints.
