I Can’t Access My Sugo Account and Still Haven’t Received a Response After Multiple Complaints
I suddenly got logged out of my Sugo account without warning, and now I can’t log back in at all. I’ve filed three separate complaints and objections to resolve this issue, but no one has responded to me so far. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I urgently need to access my account.
I am requesting direct communication with the agency representative or whoever is responsible so this login issue can be fixed as soon as possible. It is unacceptable that my repeated attempts to get support have been completely ignored.
