Sugo Locked My Account and I Demand Withdrawal of My Earned Diamonds

Today, I discovered that my Sugo account has been locked, and I can no longer log in. If Sugo does not intend to reopen my account, fine — but I demand that my earned balance be transferred to my bank account.

I spent countless sleepless nights working hard to earn those diamonds legitimately through messaging activities. I never engaged in any unfair practices. Before the account was locked, I had over 82,000 diamonds, not even counting the bonus diamonds that were supposed to arrive overnight.

My account was registered with the phone number 0543*53 under the username "S**." I have already emailed Sugo Support, but have received no response so far.

I respectfully request that Sugo release my accumulated earnings and process my payment immediately. Players who invest time and effort honestly should not be left with nothing.
