I deposited money into my Sugo account, expecting to receive 230,000 coins, but the coins never appeared. Instead, my account and funds have been blocked. For several days, I’ve been trying to contact customer support to resolve this issue. I’ve been speaking with a representative named N****, but despite repeated attempts, my problem remains unresolved.

This situation has caused me significant distress and frustration. I have paid for coins I cannot use, and the lack of proper assistance is unacceptable. I demand that Sugo urgently unblock my account and credit the coins I paid for. I expect a prompt and fair resolution to this issue to restore my trust in the app.
