How to Contact Sugo Support to Restore a Banned Account

My account on the Sugo mobile app, which I use under the username “Rose”, was banned yesterday without any explanation. When I try to log in, I receive a message that says “User has violated the agreement and rules.” My account had approximately 75,000 diamonds, and I’ve been negatively affected by this situation.
This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I haven’t yet contacted Sugo customer service. I request that my account be reinstated immediately. If that’s not possible, I ask that the value of my diamonds be refunded and transferred to my bank account (IBAN). I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
