Sugo Error “Device Is Abnormal and Cannot Be Registered” on Samsung S23 FE

I have been unable to log into the Sugo app on my Samsung S23 FE device for the past 3–4 months. When I try to create or access an account using the phone number 0555 096 7679, I consistently receive the error message: “Current device is abnormal and cannot be registered.” I have tried multiple times using the same phone number and email address in different ways, but the account will not open.
I previously had accumulated benefits and experienced financial losses within this app, so regaining access is very important to me. I am aware that there is currently a competition in the app and that I need to deposit money to participate; however, I cannot take any action because I am unable to access my account.
I am requesting that Samsung and Sugo officials urgently investigate this “Current device is abnormal and cannot be registered” error on my device. If necessary, I ask that a manual review be conducted so my account can be restored and I can log into the app. Due to the ongoing competition and deposit requirements, I am under time pressure, and I respectfully request an urgent and prioritized response to prevent further financial loss.
