Sugo App Registration Error on Huawei — “Abnormal Device” Fix

November 1, 2025 8:57 PM127

I haven’t been able to register on the Sugo app for about six months using my Huawei P40 Lite. I had successfully registered and chatted several times on the same device before, but now when I try to sign up, I get an error message that says, “Abnormal device — registration not allowed.” My phone is not second-hand, and I’ve already tried every possible fix, including reinstalling the app and restarting my device, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

My username on the app is Egelix, and I regularly make payments for chats. I have reported this issue to Sugo customer support multiple times, but I have not received any response. Since I don’t have access to another device, I can only test and experience this problem on my current phone.

I request that my account be reactivated and that I be able to register and use the Sugo app again without any issues. I kindly ask for urgent assistance regarding this matter.
