Sugo App Deleted My Account and Won’t Respond to Support Requests

Approximately 2–3 days ago, my chat account on the Sugo app was closed with a message stating, “Your account has been deleted due to an application violation,” even though I had not received any prior warning. After this message, I was no longer able to log into my account at all. Before my account was closed, I did not engage in any action or behavior that I believe violated the app’s rules.
I contacted Sugo to understand and resolve this situation, but I have not received any response so far. Not being informed about why I received a violation or which rule I allegedly broke makes this situation feel unfair and gives the impression that my account was closed arbitrarily.
I am requesting that my account be reopened and that I be provided with a clear, written explanation of the specific reason and rule violation that led to this action. I want my account to be restored.
Dear Valued User, First of all, we would like to express our regret for the situation you have experienced. In order to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and provide you with prompt support, we have a small request so that we can check the relevant processes: If you remember, could you share with us your Sugo ID number or the email address or phone number associated with your account? After receiving this information, we will carefully review the process and get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your interest and understanding, and we want you to know that we are always by your side. Sincerely, Sugo Support Team
