Sugo Account Locked Without Warning - No Customer Support Response

I am a user of the Sugo chat application in Vietnam and I only use my account for normal messaging, without performing any transactions or unusual activities. Despite this, my Sugo account linked to the phone number 0365080*** was suddenly locked today without any clear reason. There was no prior warning, no explanation, and no information about how long the account would remain locked; I simply found myself unable to use my account. After realizing that my account was blocked, I contacted Sugo customer service to request information and a solution, but so far I have not received any response. This lack of explanation and support is causing me serious inconvenience, especially since, to my knowledge, I have not violated any rules. I respectfully request that my Sugo chat account be restored as soon as possible and that this unjustified ban be lifted, or at least that I be provided with a clear explanation and specific guidance on what I need to do for my account to be reactivated.
