Sugo Account Ban Happened Even Though I Broke No Rules

Approximately three hours ago, my account that I use for gaming on the Sugo app was blocked without any reason being provided. Even though I did not violate any rules, I can no longer access my account, and this situation is causing me serious frustration and inconvenience.

Although I expected a response through the application and other communication channels, no explanation has been provided so far, and I have not received any notification or informational message regarding the restriction placed on my account.

My request to Sugo is that my account be urgently reviewed, that the unfair block placed on it be removed, and that my access to the account be fully restored as soon as possible.
