My Sugo Account Was Banned Without Reason - I Want My Money Back

My Sugo account was accessed without permission by someone authorized from the management and was banned. I have been unable to access my account for 14 days. My account user information is 535 *******97. When I contacted customer service, they said my account was banned due to a complaint, but I firmly reject this claim as no one has reported my account. I have been a Sugo user for about 4 years and have loaded over ₺1,000,000 in total. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and there is absolutely no possibility that anyone else has accessed my account. I request that my agency account be reopened or that the balance and all amounts I have loaded into my account be refunded to me.
