I Can’t Use My Sugo Account Due to “Action Restricted” Error on ID 137831225

Hello, I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with my Sugo account (ID: 137831225). I recently created a new family within the app, but now I’m receiving an “Action Restricted” error that completely blocks me from performing any activities. I cannot send messages, exit guest mode, or interact with the app in any meaningful way. This is incredibly disappointing, especially after putting effort into building a new community.
There’s been no explanation or notice about why this is happening, and the restriction is still in place. I urgently need clarification on why this restriction was applied and when it will be lifted. Will this be resolved today? I expect a prompt response and full account access restoration without delay.
Please take my request seriously and fix this issue immediately.
