Subway Order Delayed Over 1 Hour and Rude Customer Service

I placed an order from Subway, and the estimated delivery time was shown as 25-35 minutes. After waiting for over an hour with no delivery, I called the contact number, and they told me my order would arrive in 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes passed, and when I called again, the staff was rude, saying, "You order right before closing, and now you're asking for updates." This unprofessional attitude, combined with the long delay, has left me incredibly frustrated. I expect Subway to address this issue and ensure better service in the future. This experience was unacceptable, and I’m seeking a resolution.
