Subway Surfers In-App Purchase Charges User $5 Without Notification

The game Subway Surfers, linked through Google, deducted $5 from my account without any approval or knowledge on my part. I received no notification via SMS or email, and I only noticed this transaction while checking my bank account.

On May 9, 2026, at 8:20:12 PM, a debit of $5 appears from my Ziraat Bank account via the Google Subway Surfer virtual POS. I did not make any in-game purchases at this date and time, nor did I approve any subscription or package purchase. The transaction occurred entirely without my knowledge.

I submitted a written notice regarding the situation through Subway Surfers' official page, but I demand that both Google and Subway Surfers thoroughly investigate this unauthorized transaction, cancel any background subscriptions or automatic payments that may be active, and review the security of my account.

I demand a full and prompt refund of the $5 drawn without my knowledge or consent, the complete closure of my Subway Surfers game account, and necessary measures taken to prevent such unauthorized transactions from occurring again.
