Bus Simulator Bug Deleted 109,000 In-Game Currency After Market Bid

On January 22, 2026, at around 9:00 PM, I placed a bid on a bus in the second-hand market of the Bus Simulator game by Zuuks Games. After placing the bid, 109,000 in-game currency was deducted from my account, but the bus was not added to my account and my in-game money was not returned.

I did not make any purchase with real money. The currency that disappeared was entirely earned through my own gameplay efforts. I exited the game and logged back in, but the issue did not resolve — I still have neither the vehicle nor my in-game money.

I request that Zuuks Games restore the missing 109,000 in-game currency to my Bus Simulator account in full and that the necessary checks be carried out to prevent this error from happening again.
