Bigpoint.net Charged ₺89.90 Without My Consent for League of Angels

On August 7, 2025, I noticed an unauthorized charge of ₺89.90 on my Akbank credit card linked to Bigpoint.net under the name of the game League of Angels. I have not played this game in a long time, and this payment was made completely without my knowledge or consent.
I have never experienced this issue before, and I do not have any order number, customer ID, or invoice details related to this transaction. When I contacted my bank, they told me to resolve the issue directly with Bigpoint.net, but I could not find a clear way to reach the company for support.
At this point, I plan to formally dispute the charge with my bank, but I want Bigpoint.net to clarify why and under what agreement or guarantee this charge was made.
I demand the immediate cancellation of any subscription linked to my account and a full refund of the unauthorized ₺89.90 payment. Customers should not be billed for games they are no longer playing and certainly not without explicit approval.
