Stripe Unauthorized Hint America Inc Transactions Debit
I hold a debit account with Stride, and on March 6, I noticed a pending debit of $4.99 that I did not knowingly authorize. I do not recognize this transaction, and I am concerned that my account is being charged in error or without my clear consent. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the charge is still pending and that I have to wait. However, I do not want this debit to be processed at all, because as far as I am aware, I did not authorize it, and if I did, it would have been by mistake and without understanding what I was agreeing to. I request that Stride immediately prevent this pending debit from going through, cancel any related transaction, and ensure that no further unauthorized or mistaken debits are processed on my account.
