Unable to Make Purchases on Fortnite Crew with Error Message, Requesting Urgent Fix

I am unable to make any purchases or subscribe to Fortnite Crew on Epic Games for my brother’s account. While I successfully subscribed to Fortnite Crew on my primary account and received confirmation, attempting the same on my brother’s account results in an error message: "Looks like something went wrong. For your protection, this transaction has been declined. Please TRY another card or other payment methods."
I tried using a different account and payment method, but the same error persists. Strangely, I can make purchases without issues on my primary account.
I request Epic Games to urgently investigate and resolve this issue so I can complete the subscription for my brother’s account. This problem is frustrating and requires immediate attention.
