I Report Stradivarius for Delayed Delivery of My Online Order
On September 18, 2025, I placed an order for pants and a bodysuit on Stradivarius’s website (Order No: 5025*****66), with delivery address in Burhaniye, Balikesir, and paid ₺2,680 by credit card. At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time was stated as 3 business days, yet to this day my package has not been delivered. The app does not show which courier company is handling the shipment, and the only information I can see is “your order is on the way,” with no further details provided. I have tried to reach customer service several times but could only interact with the automated assistant, and even during working hours I could not connect with a real representative for help. I have shopped from Stradivarius’s site many times before and this is the first time I face such an issue. I don’t even know if my order will arrive complete and undamaged since it has not been delivered yet. I request my order to be delivered immediately and for my inconvenience to be resolved.
