Stradivarius Order Not Delivered and No Response from Customer Service
On October 2, I placed an online order from Stradivarius’s website worth approximately $220 (Order No: 502653008). The order was supposed to be delivered to my address in Istanbul, but it never arrived, even though the promised delivery date has long passed.
There has been no communication or update about the delivery process. I tried contacting customer service multiple times via phone, the mobile app, and WhatsApp, but I haven’t received any response through any of these channels.
I’ve experienced a similar issue with Stradivarius before, and the fact that it has happened again is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I request a clear update on my order status and that my products be delivered to me as soon as possible to resolve this issue.
