I Face Refund Delay for Wrong Size Stradivarius Belt
On September 30, I purchased a multi-studded belt from the Stradivarius seller on Trendyol for $24. However, the wrong size was delivered, so I sent it back on October 4 for a return. The return process was supposed to be completed within 2 business days, but when I received no update, I contacted the Trendyol assistant. This time, I was told that the product had been sent for analysis and that the process could take up to 24 business days for a repair, exchange, or refund.
This makes no sense, as the item doesn’t require any repair — it was simply sent in the wrong size, and I returned it the day after receiving it. Despite having the right to an unconditional return within 14 days, my refund is being unnecessarily delayed, and customer service hasn’t provided a clear answer. I’ve also not been informed of any issue with the product.
