On September 25 at 21:19, I purchased a wallet (code SWC 10001220) from the Stradivarius store in Istanbul Cevahir Mall. At first, I noticed a small tear in the cardholder section, which I didn’t mind, but later I realized that the coin compartment was completely torn, which left me very surprised. I have not used the wallet at all, and I still have the receipt, but I live in a different city where there is no Stradivarius store, and since I bought it during a trip, I cannot go back to the store as I have a flight early tomorrow morning. I paid ₺550, which is not a small amount, and I expect Stradivarius to take responsibility for selling a defective product. I request a full refund for this faulty wallet as soon as possible, as I could not reach the store or customer service.
