12On June 2025, I ordered a skirt from Stradivarius through your online platform. When my order arrived, I was shocked to find that the product was both defective and still had a security alarm attached. This situation is completely unacceptable from a brand of your scale and reputation.
I immediately contacted your customer service team. Unfortunately, they responded only after an hour and dismissed my return request without any explanation or solution. I expected much better customer care and accountability.
This experience has caused me frustration and wasted my time. I demand either a replacement product free from defects and alarms or a full refund for this faulty item.
Please take responsibility and resolve this issue within 14 days.
