Stradivarius Shirt Exchange Denied Despite Visible Discoloration

I recently purchased a Stradivarius shirt with noticeable dark patches, and despite this clear defect, my request for an exchange was denied. When I sent the shirt in for inspection, I was told it would take two weeks, but I had to constantly follow up myself just to get any update. It felt as if they weren't planning to return the shirt at all if I hadn’t reached out multiple times. Finally, when I asked why my return was rejected, I received no explanation other than “there isn’t one.” This response is unacceptable, and I’m deeply frustrated by the lack of responsibility and transparency shown by Stradivarius. I need to connect with someone immediately to address this issue and resolve my case properly.
